“I truly believe that with mindfulness, movement, and intention we can all experience our vision of optimal health. As a coach, I seek to be empathic, informed, and supportive of the people that I have the privilege to work with. It is incredibly inspiring to partner with clients as they discover their own unique path to well-being.” - Tracey Davis Wellness
This West End Yoga community health and well-being group will provide an opportunity for individuals to focus on any area of their wellness that they would like to create sustainable change. By sharing experiences, challenges and success within a small community setting, we will provide supportive accountability to help facilitate achievement and maintenance of individual goals.
Benefits of a Certified Health & Well-Being Coach
Health and Well-Being Coaches partner with clients to create a personal vision of optimal health and wellness. The coach then supports the client as they make realistic and sustainable life changes towards that vision. In a group health coaching situation the participants are part of a community that desires greater wellness for themselves. The health coach mentors and guides the group while ensuring a safe, non-judgmental space so that members can determine and achieve their individual goals.
Benefits of Group Coaching
The group format is a cost effective way to experience the profound benefits of health coaching while providing motivation, inspiration and support for one another in a shared community space.

The Heart of Hanuman: Movement, Restoration, Devotion, & Wisdom, Sonia K., Saturday, 3/25, 1:30-3:30 pm
HaNUMAN
Known for both his mischief and maturity, his sweetness and sincerity, Hanuman is a form of the divine who is both approachable, and beloved by many. His lilas (divine play or stories) are an inspiration for our own growing bhakti (devotion). He shows us the power of love in action, and how an open heart can inspire all aspects of our lives.
An Afternoon of restoration, devotion, and wisdom
Sonia will guide you through a yoga practice centering inner stillness, softening, and rejuvenation. This restorative approach to entering the heart space encourages a state of availability and receptivity, which allows you to fully bask in its sweetness! Poses will be primarily seated and supine, and incorporate generous use of props and support. Sharing stories and pastimes is a nectar- nurturing, sweet, and rich with sustenance. A way to not only restore our bodies, but our hearts, minds and spirits as well. Sonia expertly weaves storytelling and mantra throughout the workshop. You will experience the epic tales and also learn how they can directly impact and transform your daily life off of your mat.
