Spiritual Guided Meditation: A Series After Gentle Yoga with Heather Hanko & Jenny Bones
Three weeks this July, medium Heather Hanko and Jenny Bones invite practitioners for guided experiences that foster deeper connections to one’s intuition. Gentle Yoga will end at 7:45 p.m., and Heather’s offering will begin at 7:50 p.m., guiding practitioners to connect with their inner knowing, release judgments, and open to the presence of their spirit guides. When you find peace, you bring peace to the world.

Gentle Yoga will be available from 7:00 to 7:45 p.m., in-studio or virtually, offering a steady, supportive practice to ease you into your evening.
All students who join Gentle Yoga are warmly invited to stay for Heather’s guided meditation series at no additional cost.
This meditation, also available in-studio or virtually, will follow from 7:50 to 8:15 p.m.
You are welcome to join us for the meditation only if that better suits your evening. Meditation is always pay-what-you choose.
Props and chairs are available to borrow for no fees.

Week 1 Intuition & Guidance Meditation:
This session provides the opportunity and guidance to connect with the deep universal love that exists for you while you strengthen your connection to inner knowing. Quiet your mind so that you can hear the voice within. Meant to deepen one’s ability to find and reach that spiritual inner Self.
Week 2 Higher Self Meditation:
A focus on moving beyond thoughts and feelings and to connect with inherent wisdom and peace. This session is about releasing judgment allowing for a connection with your purest Self.
Week 3 Spirit Guide Meditation:
You will have the opportunity to connect with a spirit guide that is working behind the scenes for your highest good. Move toward developing an understanding of this loving and supportive energy that is connected to you.
Gentle Yoga with Jenny Bones
Wednesday evenings Jenny Bones creates Space- for a special gentle yoga class from 7:00- 8:00 pm. During this special meditation series, we will be updating the class to end at 7:45 pm and are inviting all to stay for our meditation series at no extra cost. Simply enroll in Gentle Yoga and stay for Meditation. We are even opening this up virtually!
All classes in Our studio that begin on our after 7:00 pm are only $10 because we believe at everyone should have access to practice.

Heather blends her background in mental health with energy work to support others on their life journeys. In addition to being a medium, Reiki practitioner, and advocate for people with disabilities, Heather offers guided meditation to deepen connection to intuition. She honors meditation as both a science-supported path to wellness and a meaningful practice for cultivating inner stillness and spiritual growth.
