Please send each child along with a labeled water bottle & nut-free snack
Kiddos 3 yrs.+ & Must be able to use the restroom un-assisted. Limited to 15 children.
During drop off, each guardian must provide a telephone number where they can be reached, a list of any allergies their child(ren) may have, & the name of the Guardian whom will be picking up.
During puck-up, each Guardian must provide proof of identification that matches the name provided for pick-up.
An Instructor with CPR Certification will be on site at all times.

Explore several mantra & the lila (drama) that accompanies their intended deity.
A gently humorous, deeply educational discussion, Swaminiji will bring us on an exploration of Divine proportions.
Alan & Abby will share the beauty of mantra. Attendees will gain a greater understanding of the foundational path & wisdom of Advaita Vedanta, Tantra, & Yoga. Guests from the Kula Kamala Ashram.

Kirtan is
a practice in the path of Bhakti Yoga chanting Sanskrit mantras in a call and response form. Instruments are used to accompany the kirtan wallah.
All are welcome- those that wish to learn, watch, participate, or simply soak in the energy. True community, truly welcoming, a true moment.
Come join in the response, grab a drum, kartals or kanjira (tambourine), lead a mantra, and play the harmonium.
All are welcomed, family friendly event.
Jyoti Ma Devi,and others, play a role in leading, teaching, and guiding. Susan Kiskis, known as Jyoti Ma Devi, is an author, 500 hour RYT yoga teacher, and kirtan wallah. A graduate student at Arizona State University studying Global Health, she is certified in over a dozen forms of healing arts, she is an IIN Health Coach and 3 Wisdoms Tradition (Yoga, Ayurveda, Psychology) Wellness Coach, has been an indie vocalist for the past twenty years and is certified in Sound and Vibrational Therapy. Jyoti Ma Devi uses these natural modalities to help people live a rich, joyous, life filled with spiritual connection. Learn more about her extensive background, travels, and heart here.

Ultimate Torso: Workshop with Roberta S., 1/21 1:30-3:30
Filling the space between the Ultimate Hips and Ultimate Mind, we work the body as defined by the length of the spine.
In more than three dimensions we study the long side body through discussion, guidance, and movement. We experience the bright inner body in a new perspective through deep focus with direct asana. A workshop dissecting the tailbone to the head bone. all the way to the heads of our arm bones.
Roberta Strickler has had over 29 years of experience Instructing students. She is also a trained Yoga Therapist, has studied Anusara Yoga, is trained to offer the MBSR, Ayurveda Health Counselor, Kripalu (KSA 650). “The goal of yoga is to allow for the relaxation of the body so the mind can be stilled for the practice of meditation. “

Each practitioner utilizes a pace. variation(s), & intensity throughout one’s individual practice. One may choose to devote their practice toward an individual, discover a moving meditation with awareness. and/ or awaken the Tapas for a burning of old rising to new with focus & action.
Class will offer descriptions and visuals for many variations. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies.
Class may end approximately 3:00- 3:30 pm

We will be providing lyrics for classic, light hearted holiday tunes that fit all the Elves- no matter how they celebrate.
We'll meet in front of Our Studio at 6pm on Saturday, December 9th.
Making stops along the way at various local businesses (including bars)- we will pause for a moment to sing (some of us humming maybe?) to spread a little joy.
No need to have a great singing voice - this event is all about community and fun!
We will end the evening at Our Town Brewery to warm up and enjoy each other's company in a relaxed environment.
Elves of all ages, traditions, and vocal chords (or lack of) are invited.
