10 In 10 is a structured 10-week yoga & meditation program designed for patients like you, referred by your functional medical provider.
You’ll attend one class per week for 10 weeks, providing consistency and space for your experience of the many proven benefits of this practice including:

2. Explore Our Studio: Start booking classes. You will receive a welcome call for assistance & Q&A.
3. Attend 1 Class Per Week: We will check in by telephone at weeks 3 & 7 and are available every step of the way
